The Teese Vegan Cheese Challenge -- Mozzarella!

This is part 2 of my Chicago SoyDairy Teese Vegan Cheese Challenge! This time it's mozzarella style Teese. I decided to go with pepperoni rolls. If you have not heard of these they are a regional favorite here in wild and wonderful West Virginia. I had never heard of these before meeting the one and only Lemon Cadet.

I did not invent these but simply upgraded them to more of a gourmet vegan version. Not sure if you can say that about a pepperoni roll. Vegan pepperoni, fresh spinach, roasted garlic and Mozzarella style Teese rolled up inside pizza dough. You can see them inside of the oven. I did some with Teese on top and a few with garlic . The Teese melted down nicely but my garlic burned up. Next time I will use a little more Teese inside. These were delicious!
