September tasting dinner


Here are some photos from our September tasting dinner. 
First course roasted garlic tempeh, spaghetti squash w/ tarragon & white wine vinegar
 Second course. Creamed kale w/ smoky maitake mushrooms.



Jackfruit Crab Cakes with Lemon Dill Aioli, Spicy Remoulade & Micro greens.Dessert Plate. Ginger Cream Cookie, Chocolate Cheesecake, Coconut Cupcake filled w/ Vanilla Custard & Vanilla Buttercream and Apple Pear Pie w/ Toasted Pecan Crust & Coco Whip.

Another great evening of food, drinks, conversation, laughter and dessert! Thanks to all who joined us! We also want to send an extra huge thanks to Mountain People's Co-OpChestnut Brew Works, LLCFirsthand CooperativeFour Horsemen Comics and Gaming and Wild Zero Studios for making the night extra awesome! Our next Dinner is scheduled for November 11th so mark your calendars. It will be a "Fall Feast" and we are excited.
