February tasting dinner
Mountain Peoples Co-Op. Quinoa salad w/toasted sunflower seeds, sweet peas & lemon olive oil dressing. Basalmic roasted brussels sprouts & pecans. Mashed potatoes & gravy, pecan encrusted tofu and beet horseradish. Dessert plate of dark sweet cherry filled pastry, peanut butter blondie, chocolate truffle pie and lemon cupcake w/lemon custard & vanilla cream.
