To celebrate the sun I baked Lemon Poppy Ginger Muffins for the co-op. They also have Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Oatmeal Cream Pies, Chocolate Chip Muffins and a few Heart cakes left. Get them while you can!

Chocolate and Peanut Butter

The Chocolate Cakes with Peanut Butter Icing were such a hit at the WVUH Market that I made more for the co-op. They also have Oatmeal Cream Pies, Chocolate Cherry Cookies, Pumpkin Spice Cookies, Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lemon Poppy Ginger Muffins and a few Pumpkin Pie Muffins.
