New kitchen space

 

VB has moved into a new commercial kitchen space! Muffins, Oatmeal Cream pies and Cinnamon Rolls are available Daily at Quantum Bean Coffee located at 258 Kingwood st. We do not have a retail store front at the moment but Quantum has you covered. There will be more options coming soon! We will alsobe putting a few items up for preorder/pickup monthly on Venerable Bean Bakery

September tasting dinner

Here are some photos from our September tasting dinner. 

First course roasted garlic tempeh, spaghetti squash w/ tarragon & white wine vinegar

Jackfruit Crab Cakes with Lemon Dill Aioli, Spicy Remoulade & Micro greens.Dessert Plate. Ginger Cream Cookie, Chocolate Cheesecake, Coconut Cupcake filled w/ Vanilla Custard & Vanilla Buttercream and Apple Pear Pie w/ Toasted Pecan Crust & Coco Whip.

Another great evening of food, drinks, conversation, laughter and dessert! Thanks to all who joined us! We also want to send an extra huge thanks to Mountain People's Co-Op, Chestnut Brew Works, LLC, Firsthand Cooperative, Four Horsemen Comics and Gaming and Wild Zero Studios for making the night extra awesome! Our next Dinner is scheduled for November 11th so mark your calendars. It will be a "Fall Feast" and we are excited.
