What you cannot see in this photo is the Cherry Filling hidden underneath the Vanilla Buttercream. It's kind of like an ice cream sundae but it's Vanilla Cake. There are some of these at the co-op right now. Also at the co-op are Toasted Almond Muffins with Cinnamon & Nutmeg, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and Coconut Date Granola Bars.

Vanilla Cake with Cherry Filling
