Stop by Slight Indulgence on Collins Ferry road. They have the heart shaped Chocolate Raspberry filled cakes. Perfect treat for Valentines Day!

Cookies and Cakes

Raspberry filled Chocolate cakes are at the co-op for Valentines Day. They also have Chocolate Chip Muffins, Chocolate Mint Sandwich Cookies, Cherry Coconut Cookies(gluten free) and Cardamom Cookies!

Valentines Day Cakes

Heart shaped cakes from The Venerable Bean will be at the co-op Thursday the 11th-Saturday the 13th. They are 4" Chocolate cakes with raspberry filling and covered in chocolate ganache. If you would like to reserve a few or special order some you can email TheVenerableBean@gmail.com or stop in the co-op to pick one up.

Peanut Butter

I only made a few of these peanut butter filled chocolate cakes with ganache. They are at the co-op along with a few other treats.

Cardamom

This is a cookie from a test batch. Whole wheat cardamom cookie. Warm spice of cardamom, a hint of orange and hearty whole wheat.

Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip

Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Mint Sandwich Cookies, Fruit and Nut Granola Bars, Double Chocolate Brownies(gluten free) and Vanilla Cream Filled Cakes are at the co-op.

Whole Wheat

I wanted to bake a light loaf of whole wheat bread. I think this did turn out light with good texture but the taste was not quite right. That should be easy to fix next time.
Thought I would try a bread pan.

I'll probably just stick with shaping the bread. It looks so much better.
