There are a few Gluten Free Chocolate Cakes covered with Ganache at the co-op. They also have Cherry Coconut Cookies(gluten/soy free). These are the first gluten free cookies I baked and are still my favorite. Look out for Chocolate Coconut Cookies(gluten/soy free) in the next few weeks. Testing started today!
