Monster Pies

Wow, I think these turned out great. Cinnamon buttercream sandwiched between two layers of pumpkin spiced cookie--or is it cake? Well, neither so I call them monster pies. They are monster sized, taste really good and that's what matters.

Carrot Cakes

Long long time and no post. Been busy with more things than I can list. I have been baking quite a bit. I love carrot cake. These are moist with a great mix of carrot and spice topped off with a cream cheese icing and a tiny bit of ground walnut.

These are an excellent treat. Just a bit gooey, crispy and they have nice peanut buttery sweetness.

Two is better than one

I can't help all of the posts about muffins. I love them. These are Mango with a bit of Macadamia nut. Mango might just be on the top of my favorite fruit list and macadamia nuts are pretty good themselves. So, as LemonCadet says "two is better than one".

Bubble@Sikaku
