Peanut Butter & Chocolate!

These are sort of a family tradition. I remember making them or at least eating them every year around Christmas time since I was a kid. The ones pictured are my version which is not far off from the original. I think it's pretty hard to go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate!

Rich chocolate ganache wrapped around a date piece and rolled in coconut. These Truffles come in a pack of three and are a great stocking stuffer. You can get them at the co-op(open until 7 P.M. on Christmas Eve).
